Cruise Permits now come side by side with the Costa Rica Superyacht Charter Permit.

We are happy to announce the availability in all Costa Rica pacific ports, to allow yachts to obtain 1 year charter permits, or up to 2-year cruising permit, spare parts in transit, and provisions with no tax charge.
We now have 4 types of Yacht Cruising Permits available in Costa Rica., Even though we are only a small country, we are immense in beauty and biodiversity, surrounded by national parks and protected fishing areas. Seal Superyachts Costa Rica is ready to provide all required Superyacht services to ensure your season is full of great experiences and fantastic memories.
Types of Cruising permits available:
1) Actual 90 days cruising permit:
Permit issued under owner or captain.
Up to 90 days stay on the country.
2) Actual 2-year marina cruising permit:
Up to 2 years to stay on Costa Rica waters.
Need a marina slip contract.
3) Touristic cruising permits no charter:
Need a marina slip contract.
Up to 2 years to stay on Costa Rica waters.
Allow spare parts on transit with no tax.
Allow provision on transit with no tax.
All recreative vehicles are accepted and granted on permit. (includes helicopters, submarines, or hydroplanes).
4) Charter cruising permit:
Need a marina slip contract. Need an ICT charter permit approval for vessel 24 meters +.
Up to 1 years stay on Costa Rica waters.
Allow spare parts on transit with no tax.
Allow provision on transit with no tax.
All recreative vehicles are accepted and granted on permit. (includes helicopters, submarines, or hydroplanes).
